Double-height glazed modern garden-facing extension brightens and revitalises this Victorian house

This large detached Victoria house is set in a generous garden in a Conservation Area. The original accompanying minor outbuildings and dark yard were taken away to provide a simple, double-height modern design space with two-storey glazing towards the garden. Although simple, this extension really adds so much to this dwelling.
