Its long horizontal lines with overhanging flat roofs suit the open feel of this green flat site. The wall finishes are smooth, off-white render, natural local stone and horizontal boarded lpe timber. The windows are sliding alumina, framed with lpe timber located against stone or render. Seamless glazing is employed to open corners. Internally the focal point is a double height dining hall with a curving feature staircase.
